JJ, Laura, Eduardo, and Gustavo did a great job cleaning up and removing mold and water damage from a broken pipe in our house. They put up a containment system and floor covering to keep everything very clean and sanitary. JJ was very professional and answered all of our questions and kept us updated. I had a leaking water pipe inside my wall and my wall and carpet were wet, damaged, and had some mold growth. SERVPRO took care of it all. They called before coming, were on time, were friendly, professional, and got it all taken care of. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. JJ, Eduardo, Kimberly, Victor, and Jarad were the crew that came out and I can't say enough good things about them. They deserve this 5 star review!

They were so very careful and courteous when moving are things out of our home and when they came back same care was taken. What can I say? Jorge, Hugo, and Carlos are awesome. Showed up within an hour after calling. Extremely respectful and professional. I was explained the whole process and why they do it. Then they went to work and finished up what they had to do. Afterwards, I was given a walk through and was explained in detail what was done and the next steps. Our crawl space had leaks and all 3,000 square feet of the insulation soaked wet. SERVPRO staff spent six days removing all insulations and damaged properties, drying out the subfloor, and treating all molding spots. I am highly impressed with their quick response and professionalism. The team spent time explaining to me every single step of the process. A big thank to all the staff and their dedication to the work is exceptionally commendable.

I recently had a leak in my house and we had to have most of the cabinets and wall taken off in the kitchen. Mason came and inspected and within a few days there were guys in here getting the work done. 10/10 recommend. Very professional and polite and they did such a good job cleaning up after themselves. I hope I have no more problems, but if I do, I know exactly who to call.

We noticed the dreaded spongey baseboards in our living room and found the folks at SERVPRO after searching for water damage professionals on Google. We've never had an issue with anything like this before so we really didn't know anything about the process and we have twin toddlers and a very active 6 year old that are in that space constantly. Jerry came and gave us a thorough estimate and was really patient in explaining the process for us and answering all of our questions, especially addressing our concern with our kids having been in that space with the mold. Chase contacted me and made sure the testing/demo/work was all scheduled promptly. Alex stopped by to get testing done and was personable and fast! Then Eli and Nehemiah showed up right at the scheduled time. They stayed for hours removing all the contaminated area, which was way bigger than anticipated. They set up a sealed off area and have worked for several days behind the partition and in the crawl space with absolutely minimal disruptions. Literally, not one nap of the aforementioned twins were disturbed. Eli even had to deal with our crazy dog while I was busy upstairs and he had to get a drain line out in the backyard but he was totally unphased and so easygoing about it even though I was mortified. He kept me updated constantly and in detail about what was being done and scheduling their return trips. Everyone through this whole process has worked incredibly hard to keep us informed and also made us feel like they really care about resolving this issue completely so that our kids/pets/family are in a safe, mold-free environment. We aren't quite done with the process yet but Eli and Nehemiah make sure I feel confident that it will be done thoroughly and quickly as they show me the daily progress. If we ever need SERVPRO's services again, I won't hesitate to call them and would highly recommend them to all of our family and friends.
