Mimi and her team of Zach, Forest, Johnathan, and Lonnie went above and beyond to help us recover all our mother’s belongings after a flood at her assisted living facility. Due to our mom’s declining health our family had to move her to a different facility. With all the stress of finding appropriate care for our mom, Mimi and her team were hands-down the easiest part of this journey. Anytime we needed to get another load of furniture or boxes, they were there ready and waiting to help identify and load up our vehicles. A special thank you to this team for making a difficult time for our family, a little easier to maneuver! Donuts are coming!!

We recently had some flooding and were in need of help. Our insurance recommended SERVPRO. Jason, Forrest, Devin K., Devin H and Mason all were great. They always showed up on time, were polite, very informative and made sure we knew current as well as next steps. They picked up everything they came with and more and were super understanding of the inconvenience of the situation. Jason, Forrest, and Devin hung out specifically for a few minutes waiting to talk with the insurance adjuster, playing with our toddler and even throwing the ball for our dogs. It was a not so fun event but the guys with SERVPRO made it easier to navigate and get through. Thank you!
