JJ King and Gustavo started by calling and sharing their ETA. Once they arrived they shared what they would be doing as part of the restoration process. They worked to remove all items that were damaged. JJ continued to explain what was happening. There were blankets that needed to be laundered and they packed everything up, took it with them, moved the washer and dryer to the garage and were extremely careful every step of the way. The job really called for 4 people, but they worked for 10 hours with a short lunch break and cleaned up well. When you experience a flood, it’s extremely overwhelming, but the work and professionalism from SERVPRO has been very reassuring.

Ninoska, Katy, Arturo, Cinthya, Ely, and Eduardo were a phenomenal team. Such care, service, punctuality, and professionalism. They helped me rescue a chair that was one of the only things I had left of my father and I will always be grateful for their care of my basement flooding.

Mimi and her team of Zach, Forest, Johnathan, and Lonnie went above and beyond to help us recover all our mother’s belongings after a flood at her assisted living facility. Due to our mom’s declining health our family had to move her to a different facility. With all the stress of finding appropriate care for our mom, Mimi and her team were hands-down the easiest part of this journey. Anytime we needed to get another load of furniture or boxes, they were there ready and waiting to help identify and load up our vehicles. We recently had some flooding and were in need of help. Our insurance recommended SERVPRO. Jason, Forrest, Devin K., Devin H and Mason all were great. They always showed up on time, were polite, very informative and made sure we knew current as well as next steps. They picked up everything they came with and more and were super understanding of the inconvenience of the situation. Jason, Forrest, and Devin hung out specifically for a few minutes waiting to talk with the insurance adjuster, playing with our toddler and even throwing the ball for our dogs. I cannot describe how above and beyond SERVPRO went during what was a traumatic event for me and my family. When my house flooded from a busted pipe back in September, it was the first time I had ever dealt with an insurance loss of that magnitude and it broke something in my brain. Massive wind storm on Labor Day blew branches into roof which created a massive leak inside the house a week or so later when the rain started. SERVPRO was called in. Immediately they dispatched a roofing contractor – Rob with ARMCO, who mitigated the leak and tarped my roof. The inside team showed up – Kala and Marissa – they were totally professional and did an amazing job of explaining what they were doing and what the process entailed, they sealed off area from rest of house, removed wet drywall, pulled up carpet, went into nasty crawl space to check moisture levels through floors, etc.. . Several repeated trips afterwards to monitor and add or take away dehumidifiers.. Once area was dry - the team of SERVPRO construction was on the spot with Joe providing me with a very well detailed plan of attack on the entire process of rebuilding. Nate the craftsman, has been at the house doing drywall and texture, etc… I am extremely happy with the team of SERVPRO folks that have mitigated out leak issue. Great job folks! Highly recommend!

Our furnace had been leaking for 3 months and it ruined my brand new flooring and 3 of my newly remodeled kitchen cabinets. From the first day when I called for help with the water damage in my home to the day they brought my contents back, they have been kind, professional, and thorough. I had a clean water leakage in a 2nd floor bathroom, water came out through my dining room roof and the pantry ceiling light. SERVPRO team came in the evening and looked out all the issue along with my dining room. The dinning room roof had a mural painting, I asked them try to save it if possible and the last option is to takeout the drywall to dry up. Abe listened patiently and looked into all the possible options and set out the equipment to start drying. He did the perforation and did all possible things and he finally was able to dry out everything. I cannot thank enough for their perseverance and dedication to save the mural. SERVPRO has been great. My dishwasher started leaking and ruined some of the flooring in my kitchen. I was able to schedule an appointment with them for the next day. Justin thoroughly checked the flooring in the kitchen for water, and underneath the house. He was able to send pictures and information about the state of the water damage directly to my insurance company, which made the process so quick and easy. Abelardo and Moises handled the clean up of the kitchen, which was quite a job because some of the cabinets had to be removed. They were very professional and walked me through what the clean up process was going to entail. Abelardo was also able to help schedule the daily follow up appointments (to check on the drying of the floors) before I had to be at work in the morning, so that was great. SERVPRO has made a stressful experience less stressful.

I used SERVPRO to dry out my walls and flooring after a roof leak. All of the technicians were friendly and constantly made sure that the machines were checked on throughout the drying process. I worked closely with Ayana Brown and she was awesome! She constantly kept in touch and was always able to answer my questions. Her work is very thorough and I'd recommend her to anyone that needs any SERVPRO services.

Our water heater failed in our basement and the crew was able to get everything dry and clean. Our carpets were saved and so was our drywall. A few minor fixes like baseboards and padding, but otherwise the team of Hugo, Jorge, Manuel, Luis, and Carlos took wonderful care of us at a stressful time.

We were so relieved to work with such a professional crew when dealing with the aftermath of a water leak. Jason, Devin, and Forrest did a great job cleaning up a grey water drainage backup that flooded my condo kitchen and living room, removing wet carpet, drywall, insulation and cabinets and placing dryers and dehumidifiers, etc. and patiently answering all my questions. Our solar company contracted Black Diamond Roofing Company to install venting in our roof as part of our solar project. It was installed incorrectly, leading to leaks and eventually water dripping out of the canister lights into the kitchen. Thank goodness SERVPRO is here to help renew our space and replace all the damaged drywall in our ceilings. Mina, Eduardo, and Darren called ahead to let us know when to be expecting them, they arrived on time, had friendly demeanor and were speedy. Also, my items were packed with care and they handed me my most important items directly. Very happy with service and will use again.

I had a flood from a toilet downstairs in the middle of the night. I woke up to water covering at least 60% of the downstairs. I called my insurance company and they called SERVPRO. The clean-up crew was dispatched within a few hours. Glenn and James quickly removed the standing water and placedfans and dehumidifiers in the affected areas. Glenn and James were professional. They explained the procedures and offered courteous and trustworthy services. They routinely checked the progress made and kept me informed of the next steps SERVPRO was able to complety dry out the water damage. I won't have to remove any dry-wall and am looking forward to the demo and installation of new floors. Thank you Glenn and James for excellent customer service! Kamal, Junior and Dylan were so helpful and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed working with them. They were really attentive and patiently answered our questions. It's no fun to have to deal with home repairs, but they made the process easy!

Our entire house was covered in soot after cleaning out our gas fireplace. I called SERVPRO and Josh L. came out to give us an estimate within hours of the occurrence. SERVPRO then came in and cleaned our entire house top to bottom in three days! I was so impressed with their customer service and efficiancy. They were even able to save my white couches! My house caught on fire we decided to call SERVPRO to help us with all the clean up. A team of seven people worked at our site yesterday. They were skilled, efficient and effective. Our possessions were impacted by a car fire in the next parking spot which meant we had water, smoke and soot damage. We had a devastating fire in our garage and our home was damaged by smoke and water used by the firefighters to save the rest of our home. We are grateful to the initial team who came to our house. They put away important papers, money, credit cards and pictures in boxes labeled "personal" so we could go through them on our own. When they found any cash, Patricia immediately texted me. Worked with SERVPRO on the removal of all of our stuff after our horrible house fire. They were professional and payed a lot of attention to all of the small details. This Company is 100% top notch! The apartment next door to mine caught fire and my apartment was destroyed from the fire department’s dedicated response to put out the fire. Our crawl space had leaks and all 3,000 square feet of the insulation soaked wet. SERVPRO staff spent six days removing all insulations and damaged properties, drying out the subfloor, and treating all molding spots. During a downpour the roof leaked into a condo unit in three places. The next day the ceiling caved in. SERVPRO dispatched a team within 30 minutes and cleaned up the mess and installed fans to dry the room. Super impressive regarding the level of communication, professionalism and quality of work.

We suffered a water pipe break on the third floor of our church with all three floors being flooded. SERVPRO arrived from 90 miles away in less than 24 hours (New Years holiday weekend in a snow storm) with a crew of three, truck, and equipment. National crew of 10 arrived three days later with more equipment. They worked 10 hours a day for eight days to empty damaged rooms, dry out the building and remove damaged sheetrock. Facility was fully ready for reconstruction when they were done. Most professional, courteous and hard working crew I have ever seen. They were very informative, and considerate, working around church services the next weekend. This was the most impressive experience I have ever had with a company!!! I very highly recommend this company.

We noticed the dreaded spongey baseboards in our living room and found the folks at SERVPRO after searching for water damage professionals on Google. We've never had an issue with anything like this before so we really didn't know anything about the process and we have twin toddlers and a very active 6 year old that are in that space constantly. Jerry came and gave us a thorough estimate and was really patient in explaining the process for us and answering all of our questions, especially addressing our concern with our kids having been in that space with the mold. Chase contacted me and made sure the testing/demo/work was all scheduled promptly. Alex stopped by to get testing done and was personable and fast! Then Eli and Nehemiah showed up right at the scheduled time. They stayed for hours removing all the contaminated area, which was way bigger than anticipated. They set up a sealed off area and have worked for several days behind the partition and in the crawl space with absolutely minimal disruptions. Literally, not one nap of the aforementioned twins were disturbed. Eli even had to deal with our crazy dog while I was busy upstairs and he had to get a drain line out in the backyard but he was totally unphased and so easygoing about it even though I was mortified. He kept me updated constantly and in detail about what was being done and scheduling their return trips. Everyone through this whole process has worked incredibly hard to keep us informed and also made us feel like they really care about resolving this issue completely so that our kids/pets/family are in a safe, mold-free environment. We aren't quite done with the process yet but Eli and Nehemiah make sure I feel confident that it will be done thoroughly and quickly as they show me the daily progress. If we ever need SERVPRO's services again, I won't hesitate to call them and would highly recommend them to all of our family and friends.

The service SERVPRO provided was unreal. I did not think that customer service existed anymore these day's. We had a fire at our home and these folk's showed up it seemed before I was off the phone with my insurance agent. I have had past experience with contractors on a few remodels that ended very badly. Had a pipe burst in my downstairs and noticed it around 8pm. I called my insurance, who told me SERVPRO would call me. Jeremy with SERVPRO called me within 10 minutes, and had Eli, Richard, and Robert dispatched out to the house within 20 minutes of our phone call.

Eli was a lifesaver, immediately identifying the source of the leak and taking all necessary action to stop the water flow. Richard and Robert worked with him at my house well past midnight. Having work the next morning, I was able to go to sleep with them working downstairs knowing they had it under control.

They then sent a team of people out every day to monitor the situation. Carlos, Jorge, and Hugo were the maintenance team assigned to me, and they were great at keeping me informed as to the progress of the remediation. They had everything dried out and treated within a week, and kept the rest of my house impeccably clean.

If you have a flood. Call SERVPRO. They are 100% worth it, and I’d bet your insurance works with them too.

Your people are awesome. Abe and his crew, Manuel, David and Cody were wonderful in every respect. A water pipe leak wiped out half of my house flooring but they were quick to bring in their equipment, fans and dehumidifiers to dry out everything. They were professional, answered my questions, assured me of good results, thorough in examining the wet areas and making sure they found all the water damages places. SERVPRO of Auburn responded within 1 hour to my to my flooded basement on a Saturday near Lake Tapps. Antonio and Jason were efficient , quick and really nice. The mitigation to the water damage was addressed and it was all dry in three days. No Mold got started due to their quick work.

Our insurance company recommended SERVPRO of Auburn/Enumclaw after we had roof damage that caused a leak into our bedroom. We worked with Project Manager Matt Thew and he did a great job! He explained the entire process thoroughly and we knew what to expect from his team. The techs Steve and Nate also were great, very friendly and professional!
