Leaking Supply Line Causes Black Mold Growth

Most fridges have water lines connected to them so they can make ice and have cold running water. But, nobody wants to their fridge give them mold problems.

The leak on this wood floor caused it to lift a little under the fridge. The homeowners didn't realize there was water leaking until they saw the water under wood swelling. After pulling it out they found the wet wood and mold.

The water had been leaking long enough that the subfloor was soaked and growing mold in the crawlspace. SERVPRO of Auburn / Enumclaw cleaned up the mold and had the home free of damage.
