Leaking Roof Causes Apartment to Flood

The roof over your head should keep the storm away. The winds and storm damaged the roof of this apartment complex that flooded a couple of the homes. The dirty and contaminated water ruined the flooring, ceilings, and walls of the apartments.

SERVPRO of Auburn / Enumclaw was called to help with the demolition of the wet contaminated material and restore the building. We like to keep our workspace clean and rented a dumpster for all the garbage. Once we removed all the damaged materials we disinfected the apartments and started the drying process with air movers.
